**Main Responsibilities**:

- Helpdesk Co-Ordinator
- Closure and costing of job sheets
- Raising Qube orders for Warehouse stock
- Monthly reports for jobs & materials
- Submission to HR of absence & leave details
- Submission to HR of 4 weekly overtime sheets for Operatives
- Logging callouts and raising jobs for the maintenance team and contractors.
- Uniform ordering
- Ordering Stationary
- Maintain spreadsheet for bulk buy items (grit, bedding plants etc)
- Issue reports to Building Managers (outstanding maintenance)
- Admin assistance to FM’s and M & E Engineers
- Assist FM’s with the Property Compliance Summary Sheet, Loading on to Qube
- Issue of new contracts
- Management and changes to contracts
- Input contract data to Qube and scanning of documents
- Admin assistance and filing to the contracts department as and when required
- Contractors public liability - mail merge and update to Qube
- Helpdesk Co-Ordinator
- Logging callouts and raising jobs for the maintenance team and contractors.
- Loading Property Compliance Summary Sheets on to Qube
- Issue reports to Building Managers (outstanding maintenance)

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this role is £24,000 per annum, plus fantastic company benefits including ongoing development and support, free onsite parking, generous holiday allowance, Christmas shut down, generous company pension, and more.
