**Your Role and Responsibilities**

This position is a customer-centric role and you will be accountable for delivering service to the customer, within contractual framework.
You will lead practitioners to deliver high quality and reliable information technology services through equipment, systems, software products, or networked devices in line with their business needs.
The role is integrated within customer account structure and you will interact with the customer and partners with the Delivery Partner with knowledge of the services provided to the customer and customer business having the ability to propose and deliver customer-tailored solutions.
You will respond to incidents, problems, changes, escalations, and situations where support is needed to fix problems in malfunctioning services, operations, software or equipment.
You will leads team, partners with Delivery Partners, Architects, SREs and the customer to co-create, design, deploy and run reliable, available and maintainable systems and services.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Leadership skills,
- Service desk experience,
- DWS industry expertise,
- Experience in managing virtual teams

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- ITIL knowledge

**Required Education**

High School Diploma/GED
