Concierge

**Job Title**: Concierge

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring night Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for Young People during the night, providing support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your role will involve assisting young people with inquiries regarding there home, and recommendations to enhance their overall experience of being independent.

**Duties**:

- Maintain a Clean and tidy premises.
- Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette

**Experience**:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with a positive attitude

All succesfull applicants will need an enhance DBS disclousure.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Marsh: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
