My client, a leading figure in the third sector, based in Kings Hill are looking to hire an experienced 1st/2nd line support to join their in-house service desk team. You will be responsible for providing technical support, over the phone, remotely and onthe floor.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that technical IT support is provided to all staff in a professional and timely manner and that matters are resolved as efficiently as possible.
- Maintaining strong working relationships throughout the business to ensure positive inter departmental engagement.
- Monitoring and management of a full range of ICT equipment to ensure down time is minimised and the office is kept in good clean working order.
- Provide assistance to IT project teams on the production of software implementations and upgrades and their transition to BAU
- 2 Years + experience working in a technical IT support role
- Comprehensive knowledge of the complete range of Microsoft Applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ITIL Foundation Certificate (Desirable)
