**What you will be doing...**

We have a new opportunity as a Uniform Administrator to be based at our Training Centre in Manchester.

This role sits under our Procurement function (one of our Senior Procurement Managers oversees the relationship with our suppliers in this area) but is not a Procurement role in itself and involves no Procurement work.

**Duties**
- General Uniform team Administrative support - including use of the bespoke Jet2 Uniform portal, as well as use of Excel, Outlook and MS Word.
- Uniform portal order entry and following up of order queries directly with the Suppliers and providing internal updates on orders when required.
- Responsible for the running of the Uniform sizing room on site and maintaining all sizing sets in good order in preparation for the upcoming sizing sessions.
- Supporting the Uniform Team in any administrative tasks which may require actioning.

The role is to ensure that uniform is ordered appropriately and correctly and delivered to the correct site within agreed timeframe.

There is some occasional lifting required in the role but these boxes won’t weight more than a couple of kg’s. Some items will be delivered to the office and may require delivering to different parts of the building on foot where necessary.

There could be a slight flexibility with the start and finish times, this could be discussed at an initial interview stage.

Hours - 28 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 10- 5.30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays(includes 1 hr break) and 9am. - 2.30pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (includes 30min break)
