A great opportunity has arisen to join an independent, established food manufacturing company that specialises in producing great-tasting and high-quality products.

**About the Office Administrator job**
- Answering the phone for all main calls to the business, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate person.
- Filing away daily paperwork correctly and keeping it organised and up to date.
- Chasing any outstanding orders despatched and liaising with national couriers.
- Supporting the team with administrative business account management duties.
- Liaising with other team members in the business.

There is also the opportunity to progress within the business if you wish, within either Business Accounts or Finance Accounts Administration.

**About You**
- Office administration experience, ideally at least a year.
- IT literate with basic experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc. is preferred.
- Any experience in customer service would be an advantage.
- GCSE English and Mathematics - Pass.

The Office Administrator job is based in Leicestershire and is paying £20,000 - £22,000 according to your experience.

The working hours can be a choice of either full or part time according to your preference. Part time could be 3 days per week, or 5 days within school hours etc.
