Ganymede are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our internal talent team in Derby. Ganymede specialise in recruiting the best technical and engineering talent and providing complete workforce solutions to help build and maintain infrastructure and transportation for a wide range of UK clients.

Sitting within our HR Team, the talent team’s responsibility is to understand hiring need, recruit top talent and maximise the potential of those working within the organisation through identifying and implementing training and development opportunities.

This varied role will provide effective resource, administration and coordination support relating to all internal recruitment, onboarding & training activities for all Ganymede divisions, including ATA Recruitment Branches. Working alongside an experienced Talent Manager, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to internal recruitment and employee journey processes.

The role:

- Managing and filtering ad response
- Assisting with the collation of content for internal training and onboarding
- Full administration of our e-learning platform, the Ganymede Academy, including adding content, and tracking progress of all Internal e-learning and generating reports
- Involvement in research, ideas and initiatives around our internal recruitment, training, and development strategies
- Collating equality, diversity, and inclusions (EDI) data for all applicants
- Assist with other administrative tasks in line with the requirements of the team
- Previous administration or resourcing experience in a recruitment environment
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive approach to problem resolution
- Strong organisation and prioritisation capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service and support ethic
- Strong IT skills including includes MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
