**Who you’ll work with**

Reporting into the Finance Director, the Head of Finance will be a business partner to the Sky Bet leadership team. To support the continued revenue, contribution and market share growth of the division whilst navigating systems migration and the implementation of Gambling Act Review.

**Your role in ‘better’**
- **Brand Contribution**:Quarterly forecasting and budgeting for Bet on NGR, marketing and cost of sales, including monthly commercial reporting and brand inputs for other UKI financial reporting requirements.
- **Business Partnering**:Act as a key business partner for the MD playing a key role in their leadership team; challenging and developing goals and achievements.
- **Financial Analysis**:Actively observe the performance of the business through new and insightful analysis on key commercial drivers.
- **Reporting & Insight**:Build performance indicators and reporting/ forecasting transformation to craft decision making to adopt delivery of UKI goals.
- **Brand P&L**:Responsible for financials. Work closely with Group Finance and GFC to understand actuals for the brand (month end), continually streamlining and improving processes.
- **Finance Transformation **leads within SBG (and wider UKI when relevant) UKI change initiatives; assisting in the prioritisation of resources to transform our team as a forward focused, commercial finance team.
- **Team Management**: Build, lead and develop the finance team, as well as provide financial leadership and involvement in UKI wide finance function initiatives.

**How you’ll create ‘better’**
- Fully qualified accountant through a recognised professional body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
- Able to communicate data insights and financial performance to senior leaders.
- Strong business partnering skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, whether that is in the development of financial analysis and recommendations or the pace of change within the business and industry.
