**Propositions Documentation Consultant**:

- Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience
- Up to 17.5% annual bonus plus 80% homeworking
- Play a key role in the management of NFU Mutual’s product reviews

**About the role**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Propositions Documentation Consultant to join us in a newly created permanent position. You will manage the timely reviews for all Propositions-owned core regulatory product literature and customer fulfilment documentation relating to Financial Services (FS) & General Insurance (GI) products, including adhering to the principles of the GI Customer Literature Framework. Ensure that documentation is in line with business strategy and delivers a quality customer experience whilst meeting relevant legislation and regulation.

You will also be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Systematically reviewing document types and document content
- Identifying, evaluating, assessing, prioritising, and recommending changed to product documentation and ensuring compliance, effectively coordinating with key stakeholders to maintain documentation accuracy
- Owning and maintaining the non-technical documentation suite
- Reviewing and processing amendments
- Managing and maintaining internal and external relationships
- Manage the transition of any existing and future project documentation into BAU for ongoing ownership and maintenance
- Assess and advise on all regulatory and industry rules, codes, and guidance

**About you**:
In order to fulfil this role, you will have a real appetite for working in a structured and process driven environment and thrive on high-quality standards, attention to detail, and evidence of continuous improvement. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of different audiences and strong written communication skills with the ability to present and influence at different levels.. You will also have core knowledge and understanding of Financial Services and General Insurance products and system generated documentation.

You will also require the following experience:

- Experience working in an Insurance / Financial Services background
- Experience in developing and maintaining processes
- Knowledge of literature production and sign-off processes
