Our client, a leader in the fire and security industry, are currently looking for a Fire and Security Surveyor to join their highly valued team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This Company are a reputable business with over 30 years’ experience within the Industry. They are currently entering another period of growth and are looking to expand their team to keep up with high customer demand.

You will be part of a strong team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high level of service is delivered. You will be given support, training and a realistic workload to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction.

This role will involve covering a range of commercial and domestic properties.

**Fire and Security Surveyor Role and Responsibilities**:

- Increase sales through good time management and product knowledge
- Take the time to fully understand a customers’ requirement by conducting site visits and following and designing processes to ensure the best outcome is achieved for both parties
- Design and plan installations ensuring that the customer and trade requirements are met
- Meet the sales targets set and within time
- Help promote the businesses reputation and the products and services they offer
- Present, promote and sell the company’s products and services to the best of your ability
- Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered
- Carry out effective communications
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently

**Fire and Security Surveyor Skills and Experience**:

- Will have a good technical knowledge of the Fire and Security Industry (CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Alarms, Door Entry and Fire Alarms)
- They will have the ability to establish, develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new Clients
- Will have design and sales experience of electronic systems
- They will have a strong background knowledge of the regulations and requirements needed for the design and planning of customer systems
- They will be able to think outside the box in order to grow the business
- Previous experience working to sales targets is a must
- Will have the ability to motivate, coordinate and work alongside a team to achieve the best outcomes possible for the company
- Will ideally have good experience with NSI, BAFE and FIA regulations
