We're a family run, Building maintenance specialising helping our clients with reactive and planned maintenance solutions, We're looking for a experience office administrator to join our growing admin team.
You will work closely with 6 other members of admin,and liaise with our teams of engineers throughout the day.
A background in facilities management and or construction is preferred
You will be provided with you own workstation, a casual smart dress code would be required.
**Duties and responsibilities including**:
- Professionally answering the telephone.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems
- Using our cloud base software programme to organise and assign jobs to our mobile engineers. (training given)
- Geographical understanding is preferred but not essential (training given)
- Booking appointment's with our clients.
- Ordering and organising materials for jobs or engineers.
- Filing of paperwork.
- Working well under pressure.
- General office housekeeping.
- Keeping KPI tables up to date.
- Social media posts.
**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
