We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator based in Burneside Mill in Kendal. This is initially a full time, 6 or 9 month fixed term contract.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Inputting UK and Export orders in compliance with set procedural standards
- Processing Export orders and arranging despatch within company systems
- Assisting with the provision of customer samples including follow up
- General administration including filing, archiving and telephony
- Providing cover in the Customer Service department as required
- Previous administration experience required within a dynamic office commercial environment - Ideally up to 2 years.
- Experience of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Experience of customer facing interaction via telephone or face to face
- Computer literacy and ability to pick up new systems quickly
