Our client is a regional housing provider of housing to clients across North London and the Northern Home Counties. Currently they are looking for an experienced Repairs Surveyor to work across a a large region.

This is a temporary role paying a very competitive hourly rate.
- Responsible for providing a comprehensive Surveying resource for the Property Services Department
- Dealing with all aspects of Responsive Repairs including Disrepair, mutual exchanges, some Major Works and Voids
- Inspecting housing stock and building works and preparing specifications
- Compiling tender/contract documentation to deliver repairs and void works
- Carry out pre and post inspections utilising the protimeter and other relevant diagnostic equipment and iauditor
- Work with contractors to utilise the budget for maintenance effectively
- Collate evidence to manage contractor performance
- Manage complaints and disrepair from contract inception to completion
- Complete post inspection of work orders completed of the responsive repairs term partnering contractors on a monthly basis to assist in ensuring that works have been carried out to the correct quality
- Carry out Health and safety Audits a month to ensure that our contractors are compliant with on-site Health and safety standards
