Here at **Amegreen Childrens Services Ltd**, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a **Alternative Provision Business and Group Lead **to join the team where you will** **form strong relationships with the community, school settings and local authorities, you will be experiened in promoting, networking and marketing in order to develop and grow a group of alternative provision settings** **.

Join us on a **full-time, permanent basis** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of up to £35,000-£45,000 **(dependant on experience) per annum plus benefits.

**Skills and experience required as our Alternative Provision Business and Group Lead**:

- Directly support the Directors of the Alternative Provision with bringing in referrals, marketing and building relationships with stakeholders
- Social media marketing to gain support from other organisations
- Work alongside Human Resources, Recruitment and Marketing and Finance to ensure both stability, growth and development of the Alternative Provisions
- Work directly to tender contracts with Local Authorities, Schools and parent/carers
- Directly support the settings, equine and animal provision with innovative and unique learning programmes, designing ‘bespoke’ programmes based on our client’s requirements and their student’s needs.
- Oversee the organisation new learning programmes involving planning and meeting with stakeholders (learners, parent/carers, tutors, Local authorities and schools & other professionals).
- Support site leads in the delivery of learning programmes, site management and development.
- Manage the quality of our learning programmes including reviews of learner progression, engagement and attendance.
- Encourage the ongoing professional development of staff and support the delivery of training and continued professional development.
- Audit and lead the wider AP teams to ensure smooth delivery and reporting, within operating standards & deadlines.
