**Maintenance Officer**

**Job Overview**:
This role will involve all aspects of responsive property as well as planned maintenance within **Northampton, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire**.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
This role will involve all aspects of property maintenance. You would be expected to carry out basic property maintenance and repairs including:

- Oversee void rooms and units to prepare for new occupier
- Oversee maintenance of common part areas
- Painting
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic carpentry including door hanging (Essential)
- Lock changing (Essential)
- Gardening including fencing
- Bathrooms and kitchen repairs
- Furniture / Rubbish removals
- Cleaning (desirable)
- Problem solving

A driving license is an essential requirement, and a company vehicle will be provided. You will be expected to provide your own tools.
