IT Support Apprentice

Based in Camden, North London, PC-Mac Support is perfectly positioned to provide professional IT support and consultancy services to 100’s of clients all over London.

**Overview**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Provide an exceptional client experience by maintaining an outstanding level of communication and client relationship management with all stakeholders and suppliers
- Build, configure and install hardware and software devices and services to meet client’s needs
- Diagnose and remediate hardware and software issues using provided tools and following standard methodologies and best practice
- Administer cloud based accounts and services as required
- Record their activities and time into provided professional services automation tools
- Assist with general office administration duties, such as goods in, asset management, equipment disposals, ordering equipment, liaising with suppliers and arranging couriers.
- Attend client premises to assist with moves & changes, setup & install equipment and diagnose problems that cannot be resolved remotely.

**Entry requirements:**

The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Working week**:
5 days, 9:00am - 6:00pm / 40hrs a week.

**Future prospects**

If the apprentice is successful in completing the apprenticeship, a full time position may be offered.
