**The role: Client Support (Administrator)**
This position would suit an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge within the insurance market or someone from a different field within insurance looking for an opportunity to get in to Account Management team and work up to an Account Handler.

- You will get in-depth on the job training and learn about insurance, insurance broking as well as building relationships within the business and outside with our partners.

**We will rely on you to**:
- Support clients and internal client advisors in all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
- Works on building long term relationships with key client decision makers and stays abreast of key changes within the client’s organisation
- Actively supports the team in ensuring service is of the highest standard and completed in a timely effective and efficient manner
- Where necessary, contact clients in relation to renewal payments
- Maintains meaningful working relationships with clients through regular contact and liaison to better serve clients
**What you need to have**:
- Previous experience within an Administrative role is ideal however other areas within Insurance such as claims, underwriting etc will be considered
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Fully Competent in Microsoft Office Products
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and organisational skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
