**Role: People Advisor**
**Contract : 12 weeks / 3 months with potential for extension or permanent**
**Location: Hybrid working - Cardiff / Newport**
**Salary: £19.24 per hour + holiday pay (£35,000 per year)**

**Hours: Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week (flexible)**
**Start date: ASAP**

As the HR Advisor, your key responsibilities would be:

- Supporting ER case work, investigations, disciplinary hearings - coaching managers through these cases with confidence.
- Supporting mangers with absence management casework and occupational health referrals.
- Reviewing and developing policy and procedures.

We are looking for someone truly generalist HR experience, with the ability to multitask, work at pace, manage change well, and be a positive upbeat person
