We're looking for an experienced technician with excellent customer service skills to assist in our busy retail environment.
This role is part-time initially, we fully expect this role to become full-time within three months. Please bear this in mind when applying.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to);
- Dealing with customer requests
- Inputting details onto our CRM system
- Performing basic diagnostics and repairs, referring more complex cases to the appropriate colleague
- Dealing with retail customers and purchases
- Creating quotes for bespoke systems and services
We are looking for someone with experience, however, the option to be enrolled in our Apprenticeship programme is also a possibility in order to up-skill where needed. This is an ideal opportunity for those looking to embark on a career in IT.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £10.50-£14.50 per hour
