L'agent(e) du Service Concierge Air Canada est principalement chargé(e) d'offrir un service personnalisé axé sur la reconnaissance et le souci du détail aux membres Aeroplan Super Élite 100K ainsi qu'aux autres membres de statut supérieur et aux passagers de la Classe Signature pendant leur présence à l'aéroport (aux arrivées, à l'enregistrement, aux départs et dans les salons).

L'agent(e) du Service Concierge doit veiller constamment aux besoins des clients de marque d'Air Canada et offrir un excellent service en tout temps, conformément aux lignes directrices en matière de service à la clientèle et aux règles de sécurité de l'entreprise. Il/Elle doit être capable de résoudre toutes sortes de problèmes, savoir comment demander de l'aide et à qui s'adresser pour l'obtenir. En établissant des relations professionnelles et positives avec nos clients les plus assidus, l'agent(e) du Service Concierge contribue à fidéliser ces derniers à la marque.

**Responsabilités**:

- Être présent(e) au comptoir d'enregistrement pour accueillir les clients haute contribution et les accompagner jusqu'au salon, s'il y a lieu.
- Aider à résoudre les problèmes des clients haute contribution aux arrivées et aux départs, notamment en matière de délivrance de billets, sur-classements, vols de correspondance, récupération des bagages et dispositions de dernière minute.
- Assister les clients haute contribution aux portes d'embarquement.
- Accueillir les clients haute contribution dans les salons.
- Contacter le Comptoir Concierge disponible 24/7 en cas de besoin
- Communiquer avec les agent(e)s du Service Concierge des autres escales ainsi qu'avec les partenaires locaux (hôtels, autres transporteurs).
- Trouver des solutions pour les clients haute contribution en cas d'irrégularités d'exploitation.
- Tenir à jour des rapports quotidiens sur les activités du Service Concierge, consigner les problèmes et en assurer le suivi, au besoin.
- Se mettre en relation avec les groupes du Service Concierge au Canada, afin d'aider à la prise en charge des clients importants ou haute contribution.

- Apparence et tenue vestimentaire professionnelles

- Aptitude marquée pour la communication orale et écrite
- Capacité à établir les priorités et à planifier la charge de travail quotidienne selon les exigences de l'exploitation
- Forte capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à trouver des solutions, en conformité avec les politiques et les lignes directrices d'Air Canada
- Capacité avérée à faire preuve d'initiative dans son travail
- Aptitude à travailler efficacement en équipe
- Solide connaissance du produit et des procédures d'Air Canada
- Capacité à s'adapter à diverses situations et à des procédures changeantes

**PREREQUIS**:

- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et parlé). Connaissance d'autres langues étrangères appréciée.
- Bonne connaissance d'internet, messagerie, Word, Excel. Utilisation su système de réservation ALTEA.
- Capacité à voyager (séminaires, formations, etc.)
- L'obtention d'un badge aéroport est indispensable
- Port de l'uniforme AC conformément à la politique de tenue vestimentaire
- Respect des règles de sûreté et sécurité de l'aéroport
- La possession d'un diplôme supérieur en tourisme est un plus
- L'expérience dans un poste similaire est un plus
- Connaissance en billetterie appréciée
- Droit de résider et travailler dans le pays indispensable

Ce poste requiert de travailler en horaires décalés (incluant samedis/dimanches et jours fériés) Des heures supplémentaires peuvent être requises en cas d'exploitation perturbée.

Des changements d'horaires sont possibles en fonction des besoins de l'exploitation (perturbations d'exploitation, manque d'effectifs, etc.)

Le travail de nuit peut être requis en fonction des horaires des vols décidés par la compagnie

**Poste à durée indéterminée et à temp complet / temps partiel (20 heures par semaine) basé à l'aéroport de Heathrow.**
