Support Worker

**We're on the lookout for an energetic and compassionate woman to assist a young lady with Cerebral Palsy. You will make a difference in her life by helping her participate in activities, provide personal care, make meals, and drive her to appointments. The role is based in Crook, Co. Durham.**

**Hours**: Full time, part time and bank roles are available, which includes days, evening and weekend shifts, along with sleep-in duties. Get in touch for more details
**Pay Rate**:£11.00 per hour during weekdays (£12 after probation), £12.00 per hour on weekends (£13 after probation), and £80.19 for each sleep-in shift (£85.50 after probation. 1.5x pay on bank holidays (So £12 p/h -> £18 p/h for example).
**Client Details**: The client is a young woman who requires assistance to maintain and enhance her independence. You will aid her in her rehabilitation program, focusing on her home and community involvement.
**Requirements**:
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Able to lift, move, and handle clients safely
- Strong communication, patience, flexibility
- Weekday and weekend availability
**Preferences**:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities such as cerebra palsy, and brain injury preferred
