We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join STI Limited as a **Warehouse Manager**, at our manufacturing site based in Hook, Hampshire.This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

STI are a specialist Contract Electronics Manufacturer, serving world-class customers in high-reliability industries by providing a complete set of electronics design and manufacturing solutions in both printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and full box-buildmanufacturing.

As the **Warehouse Manager**, you will be managing the electronic component logistics and warehousing from goods-in to despatch. You will be managing a growing team of stores people covering three internal and one external warehouse.

For this role you will need previous experience of managing a multi-location warehouse facility and the relevant teams, experience of lean manufacturing principles, demonstrable experience of MRP and electronic stores information systems and good workingknowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

The role of **Warehouse Manager** will involve:

- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are carried out and that the warehouses are managed in a zero-accident environment
- Maintaining stock accuracy
- Ensuring the efficient flow of material from goods-in to shop floor
- Maintaining the stores environment to provide suitable storage for components and maintain high levels of traceability
- Monitoring, managing, and meeting KPIs
- Working closely with planning to satisfy production requirements
- Liaising with sales and logistics to despatch accurately and on-time
- Leading, supervising, and developing the Stores team through PARs and mentoring
- Supporting the development of new ERP and Engineering tools
- Providing an excellent level of communication between the stores function and the rest of the business
- Maintaining adherence to AS9100 and NADCP business management systems

For this role you should possess excellent communication skills, excellent attention to detail and have a proactive and flexible approach.
