**Reports to: Estates Manager**

**Based**:Head Office, 74 Scarva Road, Banbridge, Co Down, BT32 3QD - the role will involve travelling to all our sites throughout Northern Ireland and Scotland if required.

**The Role**:
Carry out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks, which will be varied in nature and will include general areas as below:

- Joinery repairs - including for example: changing handles, drawers, locks, door closers
- Plumbing maintenance including for example: blocked sinks and toilets, changing taps and toilet seats
- Tiling
- Painting
- Roof and gutter cleaning
- General maintenance including for example: Weed clearing and spraying, power hosing, changing light bulbs, general cleaning.
- Shelving assembly, dismantling and moving to storage areas
- Adhere to company Health and Safety processes
- Driving to all sites throughout Northern Ireland and travel to Scotland if required
- Other duties as required

**Role Requirements**:

- Previous maintenance and general repair experience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Good organisational skills and ability to work on a variety of tasks
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and a ‘can do attitude’
- Full UK driving licence (use of company vehicle)
- Eligibility to work in UK

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Joinery experience
- Plumbing experience
- Tiling experience
- Painting experience
- A recognised certificate/qualification demonstrating competence in any of the trades outlined above or in general maintenance.
