This is a unique opportunity for a PA/Executive Assistant to assist the Directors of a successful and fast-growing business. This is an exciting and varied role which requires a well-organised and highly detailed individual who can work quickly and efficiently.You will also operate confidentially as you will often be trusted with complex duties and sensitive information.
PA / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES:
- Supporting Directors with the smooth-running of a wide range of work and personal priorities.
- Producing reports, dealing with complex data and legal documents.
- Maintaining the current filing system and looking for ways to improve current systems.
- Diary management, making appointments and organising meetings.
- Manage various financial tasks including g tax returns and expenses.
- Booking and co-ordinating travel arrangements including flights, trains, and hotels.
- Organise all tax, MOT's, repairs and valeting for Director's vehicles.
- Event organisation.
- Home management e.g. arranging trades people, organising repairs and odd jobs.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience or background in a similar PA / Executive Assistant / Office Manager type role.
- Good knowledge of financial tasks, ideally including HMRC Tax Returns.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport is required.
- Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional and confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have high attention to detail and able to make own decisions.
- You will take pride in being efficient, completing tasks quickly and to a high standard.
- Advanced IT skills are essential in all Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Professional discretion and confidentiality are a must.
