**Recruitment Coordinator**

**Salary**: c£25,000 per annum

**Location**: Reading (with some flexibility for home working)

**Contract type**: Permanentfull-time position (35 hours per week)

Are you confident to work in an ever changing, fast paced environment on a range of roles?We would love to hear from you. **We are going through an exciting period of growth across our UK business, to support this we are seeking a **Recruitment Coordinator** to join our established UK recruitment team on a permanent basis. As a Recruitment Coordinator in our UK team, you will provide an efficient and effective recruitment coordination service ensuring internal and externalclient needs are met in relation to the recruitment and selection process.
**To be successful in this role you will**:

- have working knowledge of in-house resourcing practices
- have knowledge of relevant legislation and vetting requirements
- have experience of supporting recruitment campaigns including supporting advertising and selection processes, working on job boards, posting on social media and responding to hiring manager queries
- have experience of working with databases and systems
- have a demonstrable track record of providing excellent administrative support and coordination to a team of people
- have customer facing experience of handling and resolving queries effectively
- Have experience in collecting data & running reports
- be IT literate and competent in all MS Office products & social media platforms
- Have experience of using Recruitment ATS or/and other CRM Systems

**Interviews**will be conducted in person at our Head office with interviews taking place end of October/beginning of November.
