**The Role**

The position will be working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays between the hours of 9:30am and 3:00pm.

**Main Duties**
- To ensure company standards of cleanliness are carried out in allocated hotel bedrooms and public areas.
- Ensure carpets are thoroughly vacuumed.
- Ensure furniture and fittings are dusted, cleaned and free from stains.
- Clean bathrooms ensuring fixtures are dry, free of stains with traces of detergent removed.
- Ensure in-room amenities, supplies and trolleys are kept clean, tidy and stocked to the appropriate levels at all times.
- To report any damaged/missing items or maintenance faults to the Housekeeping Management.
- Report any lost property items in line with company procedures and pass items to the Housekeeper Manager at the end of each shift.
- To adhere to all company Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ensure every customer is treated in a courteous and professional manner and in accordance with company standards.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as defined by Housekeeping Management.
