A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOM ATTENDANT AT THE IMPERIAL HOTEL BLACKPOOL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:
Ensuring each guest's room is thoroughly cleaned and to be respectful of their property when in the room.
Working as a member of the team and contribute to its overall effectiveness.
Responding timely to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels.
Bringing to the attention of senior staff any incident affecting the guests and colleagues.
Supporting other areas of the hotel as required
