**Client Administrator**
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be working within a small team in the company.
- You will be responsible for several company accounts.
- Building a relationship with the Client contacts.
- Read and process detailed instructions for different Clients.
- Completing courier documentation when required for sample requests.
- Monitoring, processing, and reporting on Client Back Orders.
- Answering inbound telephone calls and dealing with visitors.
- Completing monthly reports, invoicing, and additional orders on the current IT system.
- General filing.
- Completing stock reports.
**Skills / Experience Desired**:
- Being able to work under pressure.
- Organisation is key.
- Experience in a similar role is required.
- It is essential to have worked in a customer-focused position previously.
- Experience in the chemical industry and using stock systems is desired.
**Working hours and Pay**:
- ** Monday to Friday** 9am till 5pm - **£11.54ph**
