**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team, shape communities, and drive operational excellence? As the **Head of Neighbourhood Contact** at PA Housing, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience and fostering strong community relationships.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too Flexible working will be 35 hours between the hours of 8am - 6.30pm, Mon-Fri and Sat 9am-12pm.

**Your responsibilities...**
- Be the champion of a customer-centric approach across our organisational.
- Ensure efficient service delivery, responsiveness, and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other teams to align strategies and achieve organisational goals.
- Ensure all colleagues performance within your remit contributes towards team objectives and the wider performance of the business.
- Dive into the data—understand those key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Experience in senior management roles within housing, community engagement, or similar domains.
- Worked with a diverse range of stakeholders—from residents to community groups to local authorities—is your superpower.
- Leading and managing teams, projects, and budgets is second nature.
- Customer-focused, with a sixth sense for anticipating needs.
- Evidence of driving innovation and shaking things up.

**Disclosure and Barring Service**:
So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.
