**You and your team**
The Digital Acquisition Senior Executive reports directly into the Senior Digital Acquisition Manager and works as part of the Marketing team to manage business as usual SEO and PPC performance with the aim of continually improving rankings and increase the volume of visitors through organic search.
You will effectively manage online acquisition campaigns in order to achieve acquisition targets in line with annual budget targets.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns through the platform tools and effective use of 3rd party agencies
- Define and use customer profiles, research and survey results to inform the digital marketing messages and campaign placements so through best endeavours, are served to the appropriate market / audience.
- Monitor campaign performance through MI and analysis, annotate this MI to propose strategy improvements
- Communicate performance against budget, ensuring changes are implemented or decisions escalated.
- Lead the wider digital and performance marketing teams to integrate online campaigns with websites, ensuring an appropriate customer journey and website conversion.
- Ensure that all digital marketing messages, creative’s and activities are compliant with FCA and legal requirements PLUS ensure Google policy is not compromised.
- End to end SEO management in house and with agencies
- Write content that can be used across the various sections of the website with the aim of boosting rankings for key search terms
- Ensure that the content of all marketing activities and materials is accurate, clear, fair and not misleading and meets regulatory requirements
- Ensure that any new existing or previous customer related financial promotions are designed, approved and executed within the relevant policy frameworks, rules and regulations
- Support and recommend spend decisions thorough effective use of strategic MI and analysis of campaign performance.
- Complete the monthly accruals process, ensuring Finance are given an accurate picture of the digital marketing spend position
- Ensure financial promotions policy is adhered to at all times

**What you’ll bring to the team**
To be successful in this role, the following skills and experience is required:

- Project management skills
- Highly numerate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative and to tight deadlines within budget constraints.
- PC Literacy to include middle management level MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point

Desirable
- Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing function preferably in an SEO role or PPC role
- Understand the requirements of an FCA regulated business
- Educated to degree level or equivalent

This role is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week working on a hybrid basis with occasional visits to the Bradford office.
