**About this role**

We are looking for someone to join our office-based team working to offer the best possible service to our network members and to our customers.

Role is Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00 with x1 Saturday per month (1/2 shift)

**Due to rural location, must hold driving licence, or be able to commute here as location is not near public transport routes.**

**Responsibilities to include**:

- Assist with Customer queries.
- Booking in of deliveries
- Work as part of a team and participate in cross training initiatives to provide effective cover in colleagues absence.
- Carry out data entry of information relating to freight movements
- Preferred Skills
- Be calm under pressure and ensure accuracy is not lost in favour of speed.
- Be able to prioritise own tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, to include Microsoft Office Applications
- Attention to detail.
- Have strong Customer Focus
- Have a positive and pro-active attitude to taking on new tasks to evolve and push the business forward.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
