Located in the heart of Godalming town centre, this distribution business seeks a new Office Support Administrator to join their busy team. This is a varied and responsible role undertaking some client administrative tasks and supporting the leadership team in many ways. Duties will involve HR admin, facilities & car fleet management and more.

**Office Administrator - About The Role**:

- Reception - handling calls and welcoming visitors.
- Coordination of repairs and dealing with contractors.
- Dealing with incoming and external post.
- Administration of HR/holiday system.
- Restocking stationery and equipment.
- Booking hotels and flights for staff.
- Maintain records of vehicle servicing, MOTs and all admin relating to vehicle fleet management.
- Arranging long and short-term car hire/leasing.
- Processing offers and contracts of employment for all new employees.
- Making arrangements for company events e.g: Christmas party.
- Ensuring all relevant HMRC customs documentation is received from couriers on a timely basis.

**The successful Office Administrator will have**:

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in filing and paper management.
