**Customer Service Agent**
**£12.20 per hour (PAYE)**
**Remote**
**Full time, Monday-Friday**

**Please note**: Duration of this assignment is 6 months, with possible extension

**Job Role**:

- Supporting volume inbound calls
- Scheduling call backs etc..
- Dealing with first notification of claims and policy questions
- Ensuring all system records are updated with accuracy
- Completing all necessary follow up admin tasks post call

**Experience Required**:

- Experience within Life Insurance
- 12 months+ experience within an inbound contact centre role

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to update system records and talk via telephone simultaneously
- Great attention to detail
- Customer driven
