**The Role**

We’re looking for a talented and inspiring **Creative Consultant** to lead on all things creative at Impression, from ideation through to pitching, production and launch.

Whether you’re working as part of a hands-on creative team, or in a more strategic position, this role will give you a high degree of autonomy to bring your creative vision to life.

You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of innovative creative campaigns and assets for Impression’s dynamic portfolio of clients, catapulting performance to unprecedented heights.

As a new focus area for Impression, there is a huge scope to support the agency with the development and growth of our creative offering, partnering seamlessly with our delivery teams to deliver boundary-breaking campaigns and growing the team over time.

**Responsibilities**

As Impression’s Creative Consultant, you will be:

- Serving as a trusted creative advisor to clients, actively ideating, pitching concepts, incorporating feedback, and delivering exceptional final results that surprise and delight.
- Utilising your creative expertise to develop innovative and compelling ideas for marketing campaigns that align with clients' brand voice and goals.
- Collaborating closely with our strategy, programmatic, paid social, PR, and content marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies & seamless integration of creative assets.
- Scoping and pricing creative projects, determining resources required in order to deliver designs which cover what is required for a campaign on budget.
- Briefing visual concepts to external designers to a high standard, in order to generate multi-channel digital assets at scale.
- Taking a hands-on approach to mock-up or tweak creative assets for digital campaigns, including static, dynamic and video creative.
