**Your main responsibilities**:*
- Coordinate Bestway wholesale cash and carry promotions
- Working closely with trading promotion and revenue management head to hit promotions sales and margin targets
- Provide monthly promotion overviews to trading promotion and revenue management head for final commercial checks and approval
- Conduct and provide monthly price comparisons to trading promotion and revenue management head to ensure our competitive edge in the market
- Maintain competitors’ intel library on weekly basis
- Liaise with key departments to ensure full adherence to the process and key deadlines to drive efficiency and deliver required business output
- Compile weekly promotion overview on Excel
- Create weekly POS on photoshop and PowerPoint
- Timely POS comms to depots
- Provide administrative support to ensure monthly promotions on track
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

- Highly self-motivated with excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to meet tight deadlines
- An understanding of the negotiation process and basic negotiation skills
- Decision making ability and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Programmes, Excel skills are essential
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
