As the **Supply Planner,** you will report to the Demand Planning Manager. Co-ordinate internal and external supply, plan and achieve forecast, with customer requirements as priority throughout. Reporting accordingly on relevant KPI's and riskfactors, keeping Mapics updated for effective flow of information throughout the company.
- Develops Production Plans that meet customer requirements and are in line with production capacity
- Liaises cross-functionally with all areas of Operations as required to maintain an accurate Production Plan
- Supports the Planning Manager with the preparation of Production Plan Risk Analysis, Capacity Analysis and Planning Measures
- Actions customer Defer & Expedite requests, where possible
- Proactively liaises directly with the Customer Services team to feedback any changes to the
- Production Plan that may impact customer delivery
- Publishes customer open order book schedules as requested
- Attends and contributes to all relevant Planning / Operations meetings as required
- Maintains and updates MAPICS data to ensure current accurate information is available to the wider business
- Provides updates and recommendations to relevant business leaders on safety stock levels, resource requirements, schedules amendments as appropriate
- Releases production work orders to manufacturing
- Creates and issues open order books to vendors, analyses and challenges responses
- Reviews and keys vendor acknowledgments into Mapics
- Carries out such other duties that may be reasonably requested

To be successful in this role of **Supply Planner** we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

- Previous experience in production/supply planning
- Experience with Mapics or a similar ERP system
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience developing production plans
- Strong communication skills to interact with vendors, suppliers, customers and other supply chain team members
- Attention to detail
