**Job Purpose**:
This role will work within the Transformation Business Readiness team, reporting to the Training Leads, supporting the training delivery of Releases within the Transformation portfolio.

This role will provide training delivery support to the Programme team and the business on SharePoint and MS Teams management, training support material and data management, and training event co-ordination.
- Work closely with the training team to maintain and create training materials into branded templates and ensure consistent tone of voice.
- Support the training team to deliver the training plan within project timelines.
- Update and maintain training tasks on Business Readiness Kanban.
- Managing and development of MS Teams and SharePoint solutions, including content management of information, and training materials.
- Event co-ordination of training and communication events, maintaining a central calendar, central mailbox and invitation administration.
- Support the Release Training Leads on training event co-ordination and training material creation.
- Maintain accurate training attendance records and produce reports in a timely manner.
- Support the uploading, publishing and maintenance of all training support material on the training hub.
- Act as first point of contact for queries on training logistics and scheduling
- Support post training feedback analysis and evaluation reporting
- Support training team in creation and management of data in the training environment

**Skills and Experience Specification**:
**Essential**:

- 5+ years’ experience of supporting large scale training programmes across multiple locations with positive demonstrable outcomes.
- Experience of MS SharePoint and MS Teams for Training delivery purposes.
- IT skills in Microsoft 365 apps, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent).
- Must be able to think analytically and strategically.
- Confident and articulate when engaging business teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workloads, priorities and activities.
- Training and Communication event co-ordination experience.
- Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
- Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously supporting multiple projects with different deadlines.
- Robust understanding of training and development processes.
- Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.
- Attention to detail and willingness to be flexible to achieve training team deliverables.

**Desirable**:

- Recent Specialty Insurance experience is desirable.
- Experience working with policy administration systems is desirable.
- Understanding of the full policy lifecycle from inception to expiry/renewal/cancellation
