esynergy are looking for a Contract Administrator who will be a core member of the Contracts and Compliance Team and Back-Office areas of the company. You will be required to assist the Contracts Manager in ensuring that the Contracts Department effectively provides all key support services to the Associates and internal Consultant Teams.

You will work as part of the overall Contract Administration Team and contribute to the day to day business of the company and to provide support for reception (in particular answering calls that come through to switchboard number which would be diverted to your mobile), helping with internal meetings and training sessions and, on occasion, assisting with external events and conferences.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with the rest of the Contract Admin team to assign and complete tasks.

Drafting up and sending out new contracts for new Associates or clients

Managing the onboarding process for all new Associates (collection of documents, referencing, and working practices assessments to ensure everyone is compliant before starting their assignments).

Providing references for previous Associates of esynergy, chasing up and collating references for new placements.

Assisting in the day-to-day administration of all esynergy’s Contracts Procedures - This includes liaising with the Directors, Managers and Consultant staff to facilitate our Contract extensions, client schedules and new placements, etc.

Auditing and archiving internal paperwork.

Being responsible for the main switchboard number.

General AdHoc duties

Requirements:✔️
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite and messaging apps, especially Outlook, Word and Excel, WhatsApp and Slack.

Ability to quickly learn new software in order to use the various CRMs and online tools used in house (Kimble, TIFO, Trello, Qdos portal, DocuSign etc)

Cheerful, kind and very pro-active personality, always willing to go that extra mile to get things done and help others.

Strong attention to details and ability to follow procedures and prioritize tasks. We write and amend contracts and documents, so accuracy is vital.

Diligence, tenacity and flexibility and willingness to undertake whatever needs doing in the office.

Able to provide a valid Passport with a valid EU work visa (if required)
