Due to successfully securing Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund retrofit works, we have a fantastic opportunity for a
Resident Liaison Officer** to support our Refurbishment team within the Midlands region.

As
Resident Liaison Officer**, you’ll assist in delivering a professional, helpful, high-quality service to residents, clients, and other stakeholders, before, during and after refurbishment works. You will ensure that the customer’s journey surpasses their expectations, whilst maintaining exceptional records on our CRM. Any complaints will be resolved, following the appropriate complaints procedure.

We’re looking for a pro-active and engaging individual who has exceptional communication skills and customer service experience. You’ll have good administration skills, comfortable in the use of Microsoft Office, and ideally with some experience of CRM systems. We’d also like you to have knowledge of housing refurbishments.
