Lancashire Goundcare are looking to recruit an experienced, creative, hard-working, and highly motivated Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

**Your responsibilities**
- Working alongside and supervising fellow employees on the following:

- Our work ranges from small to large residential properties to large commercial estates and retail sites.
- The role will include the following duties
- Grass Cutting (using both pedestrian and ride on equipment)
- Hedge Trimming and Pruning
- Weeding and Border Maintenance
- Leaf Clearance and Litter Picking
- All general grounds and garden maintenance requirements.
- Carrying out basic maintenance tasks to equipment and machinery.

**Skills**
- Happy to work outdoors in all weathers.
- Have a high level of attention to detail.
- Be of a tidy and professional appearance.
- Be able to liaise with all customers and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Have an interest in progressing through the company structure.
- A full driving license is required for this role, with experience of trailer towing an advantage.
