GSU Landscapes is a family run business, with over 25 years experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance industry.

We take pride in our work, ensuring everything is done to the highest standards and with maximum efficiency. We use top-end machinery for grounds maintenance of public open spaces.

We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our established and team. Our maintenance staff work in teams of two with the constant support of the management team

We are looking for driven, reliable individuals to carry out grounds maintenance works on new build housing sites across the North West.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of 12 months grounds maintenance experience, including:

- ride on mowing
- hedge cutting
- strimming
- weeding
- Excellent time keeping
- Self-motivated
- Ability to follow direction
- Able to work successfully as part of a team
- Full driving licence

A valid CSCS card would be preferred but is not a necessity.

The full-time permanent positions are 42.5 hours per week, with the opportunity of overtime.

Annual salary will be dependent on previous experience and qualifications.
