Job Description: Waiter with a Driving License

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable waiter with a valid driving license to join our team. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, your driving license will be utilized for tasks such as delivering orders and running errands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the food and beverages
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers regularly and ensure their needs are met
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately
- Clean and set up tables for new customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Deliver orders to customers' homes or offices, as required
- Run errands, such as purchasing supplies or picking up ingredients

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a waiter or server
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or maps
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Salary**: £10.60-£11.50 per hour
