Relief Front of House Administrator

We are looking for a relief administrator to join our friendly team to help in the running of the Front of House within our Home.

Job hours: Monday - Friday; 9-5pm

**Responsibilities**:
Duties include:
General Administration of all clinical and non-clinical documents within the Home: maintaining a well-ordered filing system, stationary replenishment, hard copy and electronic file management; looking after and checking supplies and ordering of stock as required (e.g. of stationery and uniforms) to ensure that the establishment is properly supplied; checking delivery notes and purchase invoices against orders, ensuring adequate supplies of documentation (care plans, admission forms etc.); updating of all files for residents and updating their records as required; to issue resident contracts and keeping supporting documentation up to date; providing clerical support to the Matron, where necessary i.e. word processing, correspondence, minute taking, and photocopying; ensuring that there is good communication within the Home.
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- File and organise documents and records
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Provide personal assistant support to the manager
- Transcribe meeting minutes or other audio recordings
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
- Previous experience within the Care sector would be highly advantageous
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sound communications skills and handling telephone calls in a confident manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem-solving skills

**Salary**: £11.20-£11.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Inverness: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
