KO Estates has been going from strength to strength recently and we're now looking to expand the group into the property management space.

The KO Estates brand has been able to generate more investor leads than we can handle and we're getting asked regularly by investors to manage their properties. In addition to this, as our sales and mortgage department expands this will of course have a strong effect on the volume of work we can bring in.

KO Estates have burst onto the Manchester's property scene and is offering a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic, outgoing and confident Property Manager willing to develop in an exciting and varied role as part of our successful team in an expanding and forward looking business.

Experience is key with this and we're looking to grow this department to great levels and offer an incredible service.

**Role**:

- You will be part of a team managing a large property portfolio, delivering high-quality lettings and management services to our clients
- Undertaking the full lettings process and communicating with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to manage any issues through to resolution
- Arranging for gas safety certificates, EPC's and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation
- Arranging and conducting mid term and tenancy end property inspections and managing deposit negotiations
- Conducting detailed photographic and written inventories
- Processing tenancy renewals and rent increases
- Undertaking all work to meet our core values of integrity and quality service

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and written accuracy a must
- You must have a flexible approach and positive attitude reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity
- You must have great customer service skills, be able to communicate confidently, clearly and be well-spoken and have the ability to set and manage client and colleague expectations.
- Drivers licence

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wilmslow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
