Retail Property Leasing & Asset Management Specialist

  • Location: South Manchester (Hybrid Working)
  • Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Performance Bonus

Multi-Realm is a prominent player in the management and operation of retail destinations and outlet centres across the UK and Denmark. Following a significant investment from Multi Corporation, a leading European Retail Asset and Property Management firm, Multi-Realm is poised for growth in the outlet and shopping centre sectors.

As part of its expanding portfolio, the company is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Leasing & Asset Management Specialist. This pivotal role involves leasing retail and food & beverage units within the portfolio, managing assets effectively, and collaborating with esteemed retail brands to maximize operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the leasing of retail and F&B units, including negotiating heads of terms and providing deal recommendations while maintaining accurate lease documentation.
  • Creating and implementing targeted client lists for both existing and new portfolios.
  • Spotting and advancing asset management opportunities, working closely with retailers to boost performance across the portfolio.
  • Collaborating with development and centre teams on refurbishments and unit reconfigurations.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment where support and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the retail sector, with a strong background in leasing and asset management.
  • A degree in Real Estate is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience in Retail or related fields will also be considered.
  • A genuine passion for and understanding of the retail landscape is crucial.
  • A proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial insight and strategic analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving transactions and achieving desired outcomes.
