**The Role**

Working within the Creative Team, the Dressing and Production Coordinator will support the running of the dressing & production life-cycle; from concept, buying, production and installation in venue. Responsibilities will be spread across the three workstreams of new Venue Openings, Projects and BAU (Business as usual) for both Flight Club and Electric Shuffle. This role also supports our international franchise partners.

They will regularly collaborate with our Interior Design team and other partners to understand their needs and work closely with them to ensure the successful dressing & production of all new and existing venues. They will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from dressing our fantastic venues, to developing large scale production items such as fairground horses, signage and working model trains.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Production**:

- Work alongside the Design department to assist the creation of production guides
- Communicate along the way to help suppliers best understand the design intent
- Ensure all print assets are provided to all upcoming national and international venues
- Maintain and update production lists for internal and international suppliers

**Buying**:

- Assist with the organisation of Buying Trips (logistics, assistance, creative input)
- Quality control of any items produced or purchased
- Working with logistics team - response to low stock levels of categories

**Suppliers & Partners**:

- Assist in supplier communication so to accurately cost and brief any new items
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and communicate any re-orders of existing items with clarity of budget and delivery expectations
- Look for new and competitive ways to improve existing supply chain
- Work with international partners to find dressing and production suppliers / solutions

**Warehouse**:

- Maintain all platforms that require cost reconciliation for dressing items in stock (Input and Output)
- Monitor crating week, ensuring all dressing items are organised sufficiently

**Dressing** & Installation**:

- Ensure enough relevant materials and tools have been sourced
- Assist Senior Co-ordinator/ Dressing & Production Manager and the Head of Dressing and Production with dressing allocation for new and existing venues
- Create communicate and maintain Dressing Concept Documents for national and international upcoming venues
- Request all relevant resources for Dressing Week
- During Dressing Week, organise for all crated dressing items and production items arrive on site
- Installation and styling of dressing items
- Attendance for installation of key production pieces
- 2-3 years’ experience of working in a similar role and setting
- A good understanding of creative studio processes
- A Creative Portfolio with examples of creative processes, styling, and involvement in production projects
- Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools - Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Experience of CAD programs such as Sketchup would be a bonus but not essential
- Ability to work across multiple work streams and projects concurrently
- Demonstrable experience of managing and building strong relationships with external suppliers
- Confidence working under pressure to strict deadlines
- Have an ability to work both independently and cohesively as part of a team
- Be able to demonstrate attention to detail and an ability to be flexible within all work matters.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
