Vessel Operator

We have an opportunity for a Vessels Operator to join our client, a Ship Owning company, at their office near Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to take on a key role within a busy ship management environment.

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**- Must have at least one year of shore-based experience as a Vessel Operator working with Tankers.-
- Ideally will have sailing experience on Tankers as a Deck Officer.-
- Be an excellent team worker, with a drive for continuous improvement.-
- Applicants must hold the current, full, and unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.- **JOB DESCRIPTION**- Deal with day-to-day Operational matters, liaising with master’s and Charterers on stowage plans, tanks preparation, bunkers, handling P&I matters.-
- Optimise vessels planning and voyage.-
- Be involved on T/CP clauses during pre-fixing and in close contact with Technical and HSEQ departments, keeping them informed of any change to vessel’s trading pattern for better co-ordination.**REMUNERATION PACKAGE ON OFFER**
