We are an extremely fast paced 24/7 Multi-Trade contracting company, based in Paisley but operating throughout Western and Central Scotland. We work in Social Housing but also within Private Domestic Homes delivering all types of Gas/Plumbing Maintenance, Installations & Repairs.

We are looking to add another fully qualified but experienced Gas Maintenance / Installation Plumber to the team. Ideally the individual will be familiar with Social Housing and Private Domestic Working

It is essential you and have experience in Maintenance & Reactive Plumbing, Gas Boiler Installation/Servicing, Gas Fault finding and general property Plumbing/Gas refurb upgrades.

The role will consist of, but not restricted to:

- Reactive, Routine, General Plumbing, Maintenance and Installation works for Plumbing and for Gas. You will be required to travel throughout Western/Central Scotland for these works
- Gas Boiler Installations, Gas Boiler Servicing, Gas Fault Finding, Radiator (New/Existing Installed), Heating System Power Flush, Cylinders, Expansion Vessels, New Heating System Installs, Smart Thermostats installations and the like.
- Bathroom, Kitchen Refurbs, Ensuite Upgrades, Medical Adaptations / General Plumbing Installations (WCs/Baths etc).
- Social Housing Void Property upgrades (namely plumbing only for white goods etc) as Boilers, Bathroom, Ensuite, Kitchen makeovers/upgrades.

Please note: You will be required at times "To get the job over the line" and not leave a customer without essential needs. There is an ON-CALL Rota (approximately 1 in 4) for this role, remunerated accordingly.
- **We ask that you work your 8 hours per day in full, you are and will be monitored for start and finish times. Please simply be _**ethical and moral, work your 8 hours per day**_ _- a fair days pay for a fair days work._

Pay: £17.00-£17.62 per hour
