We have a new exciting role for a Quality Assistant - Customer Satisfaction representative to join our team.

**Purpose of Job**:
Become part of the Quality team by primarily being actively involved in controlling, investigating, resolving, and closing customer complaints.

**Core duties including Operations and Administrative**:

- Initiating customer rejections or collections on spreadsheets. Including carrying out investigations.
- Managing customer complaint issues with correct documentation and collections and/or replacements or credits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Providing appropriate solutions to customer complaints issues

Preparation and issuing of reports to interested parties internally and externally.
- Use of equipment and supplies to achieve stated tasks.
- Changing Control Plans as part of a functioning team.
- The organization of and undertaking of 8D’s or 5Y’s. Problem solving where required.
- Improving existing customer complaints processes and procedures.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Take the extra mile to engage with customers

Problem solving and perceptual and an ability to demonstrate analytical problem-solving experience.

Must have understanding and knowledgeable of ISO9001; IATF 16949; ISO 14001 standards.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Hours: 07.00 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday and 07.00 to 12.00 Fridays
- Fulltime (No agencies)
