**What you'll do**:
This will include:

- Installing
- Maintaining
- Testing and repairing various systems and networks

Within this role, you'll provide excellent customer service to end users ensuring that incidents, requests and problems are resolved in an efficient and professional manor, always ensuring that customers are updated on ticket progress and are left satisfied,in line with service level agreements.

You will have the opportunity to expand your technical skills by supporting some challenging and interesting products and technologies, as well as completing a Level 3 IT apprenticeship.

**Location**: Based at our Thatcham office, with potential hybrid working flexibility
**Salary**: £14,000 per annum.

**What we are looking for**:
**Skills and experience:**
- An interest in developing a career in IT
- Ideally some basic IT knowledge, which may include using: technologies such as Windows operating systems and office 365
- Great customer service skills

**Entry requirements**:
The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
